Oil Test Equipment

Our oil insulation test kits are used for testing the dielectric strength of insulating oil used in Transformer, Circuit breaker, CTs, PTs etc. These oil insulation test kit are fully automatic and has the facility for Auto/Manual selections. To operate, the operator needs the sample in the test vessel & selects the required test to perform them as per many International (IEC & European standards) programmed into the instrument memory. The salient features are as below: • Stand time, stir times & rate of rise of applied voltage can be selected in Custom Mode also, one set of such selected mode can also be stored in the memory. • The set can also perform withstand test(proof) tests where it allows the set voltage to preset value & hold for one minute to see if breakdown occurs • The backlit LCD is used for user friendly operations during the test process for displaying the fault condition messages such as open ground cover open. • All the user selected programs are chosen through (4x3) key pad and the test results can be easily printed along with test type, date, time, breakdown test voltage, averages and deviations. • Voltage value can be measured & printed with a resolution of 0.1 KV • It is possible to have number of printouts for the last test. • For each test the readings are recorded and stored in memory • All stored readings can be transferred via the RS 232 interface to PC (Optional) • A safety interlock prevents access to the high voltage terminals during testing • A high level of safety for the operator • The high voltage chamber is covered by a polycarbonate door • Fully automatic micro controller operation • International standard, reprogrammed
