About Us
Incorporated in the year 1973, we - Sivananda Electronics, are a well-established name in Security and Test & Measuring Instruments market. We are professionally managed company engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting of electronic testing and measuring instruments. Our vast range includes instruments, metal detectors, turnstiles, computerized attendance recording & access control.
We are based in India and have expanded our operation into four companies namely Sivananda Electronics, Siva Equipments, MR Electronics and Guru Electronics. All our production related activities are performed at the three well-oiled manufacturing units, one in Nasik and the other two in Goa.

Our Leader As we actively function under the guiding lights of Mr M.K. Birmani, we are successfully climbing the ladder of financial success. He is an electrical engineer from Indian Institute of Technologies (IIT) Kharagpur, India. After working for a good time with Motwani Industries, he started 'Sivananda Electronics'. His R & D oriented approach been instrumental in developing a a vast assortment of qualitative Security and Test & Measuring Instruments.
All our units are well managed by Mr M.K. Birmani who is the owner of the company. His ardent contribution towards the firm, has taken us altogether to a higher position in the market. He has supported the concern through the thick & thin of business. His in depth industry understanding & strong managerial acumen has enables all the four units function in tandem with each other. Thereby, with our successful sister companies and guiding directions from our senior, we endeavour to be the best. |

Started as a partnership firm in 1974, it serves as the R&D center for the group. This firm basically specializes in instruments, access control systems and cable testing systems. |

MR Electronics: Established in Goa, India, it is a proprietary firm started in 1984. The firm manufactures industrial and civil metal detectors.
Guru Electronics: Incorporated in the year 1984, the concern serves as an ancillary for other firms. It is located in Deolali (Nashik), Maharashtra, India. |

Manufacturing Facility For accurate production, we have installed our production facility in a spacious factory area of 10000 sq. meters. At our manufacturing unit, we have the entire necessary requirement, which are needed for excellent production. We are using reliable electronic machines like:
- Soldering machine
- Oscilloscope
- PCB designing machine
- PCB mounting machine
Apart from this, we are also equipped with in-house design unit with upgraded version of designing software, which are extensively used for better design development. Apart from product development, quality testing & packaging & delivery is also paid equal attention. So, we have maintained good packaging and storehouse areas for efficient inventory management. |
Customization Our customization facility brings desired changes in a particular product. Therefore we tend to keep modifying our product from time to time. We strictly implement all the specifications and requirements of the clients during the manufacturing process. Following are the parameters on the basis of which we customize the product:
